Heather, believes that changing your life starts with changing your mind. From her own personal journey, she truly believes there is no better medicine than your own breath. She has now dedicated herself to helping heal others through the teaching of the yogic lifestyle, the way it has healed and liberated her. It is far from doing the best pose.. the true ancient yoga practice is sacred.

THE YOGA TEACHER 

After practicing yoga for many years while chasing her dreams, living a decade in New York City and working in the creative industry; Heather had another spiritual transformation. Passionate about mental health, holistic living and moving deeper into her own yoga practice, she became a certified yoga teacher in 2020. As your yoga teacher she will take a holistic approach, working on healing your mind, body, and soul, from the inside out. Connecting you with your higher self so that you may be happy and free.
